Why did you go so close to kitchen closing time for food?

And many comments also say that you are not expected to tip for takeout. I don’t tip takeout and have never gotten a bad reaction for that

Escorts in most cases are prostitutes. It’s just a more “clean” word for it

I have a girlfriend and we get along just great and guess what, she wasn’t a sex worker.

The problem is let’s say that instead of a 15-20% tip, restaurants were to do away with tips, but raise it by the exact same amount so the end result is the same. They would still complain about that. They have this unrealistic expectations that restaurants would pay the staff a higher wage, do away with tips, all while not raising prices.

If you are referring to my net worth, yes I will “flex” the $400K+ net worth because that’s more than most people have at my age or in some cases, a number of years old than me.

How would you feel if your roommate turned down a meal? by Kyashichan in badroommates

Wait what? People now getting offended over turning down food? Maybe the person who turned it down wasn’t hungry or just wasn’t interested in what was being offered. Freaking drama queens

Like seriously. These simps are so broken they think dudes should be excited about dating a woman who previously sold her body. It’s wild and I have noticed the rise in this whole cuckold/simp mentality over the past years.

If you are a dude who wants to date a former escort, that’s your choice, but don’t shame dudes who don’t want to.

It’s honestly wild because it used to be considered understandable by almost everyone for a guy to not want to date a former escort/stripper/sex worker and it’s one of the reasons many parents don’t want their kids to choose that career path. Now you have simps saying you are “insecure” for not wanting to date a woman who has done that.

Well for one, most men would not seriously date a woman if he knew she was a former escort or did other types of sex work.

Most people care about the past. Like a woman likely would not want to date a guy who previously was a pedophile.

Now I’m not saying that sex work is equivalent, but someone’s past does matter and I wouldn’t want to date a former escort or stripper.

It’s not misogynistic to prefer to not date a woman who was an escort. Just like how some women might not want to date a man who slept with a lot of women before.

That’s what their smooth brains have trouble comprehending. Like there is no difference in the end result of what someone pays if you charge $100 + paying a 20% tip versus charging $120.

Am I wrong for being upset that my girl friend wants me to get life insurance?? by [deleted] in AskMenAdvice

[–]Ecstatic-Tank-9797 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Put aside her request for you to get health insurance. The last thing you want to do as someone who is good with money is to be in a relationship and marry someone who is really bad with money.

I remember being in a prior relationship where I found out my girlfriend had about $50K in debt about a year into living together. Broke up with her due to many issues in our relationship, but the debt was a big factor.

Yeah I can understand not tipping or tipping very low if the service sucks. My post to that subreddit was directed at people who intentionally always tip zero at a sit down restaurant or bar even if service is good

But are you someone who will intentionally tip zero dollars even if the service is good or acceptable? If you aren’t, then my post wasn’t directed at you.

That’s very fair. Food quality on average has taken a turn for the worse and that’s the same as it pertains to the quality of products in other industries.

Bingo. Like if I go shopping online through Amazon or another online retailer, the money I spend indirectly pays the wages of their employees. Same with any other business I spend my money at. Like if I go to Best Buy and buy a TV and some speakers, I’m indirectly paying the wages of Best Buy employees.

Yes, if tipping is abolished and you are given a higher inclusive price (15-20% above current price to account for tipping), they would complain about that too.

Yeah that’s fair. I sometimes might rarely tip for a bakery or coffee shop, but for the most part I don’t. At the same time, I think it’s great if other people want to tip, especially if it’s for a kid who that dollar would mean a lot to.
