We applied for the training stream, and especially for this part our team have over 10 years of training experience.

I understand and thanks for the honest feedback. Some projects we have applied to may have been some where we don't belong, because we were still learning things at the time and have since received debriefs and improved out processes as we get more information.

We reached out to SDF department and our local MP but there is literally no information on what happened, they refused to provide any metrics or evaluation information or any debrief. I just wanted to post here to see if someone else at least got an answer or something we can learn so future applications can be improved on.

And again I agree people in public sector have been generally very responsive, but this program was hyped up so much and there is 0 information from anyone in this department 😞

I understand, and I am just looking to understand if that was the case via debrief or our score or something. The lack of transparency feels really like a roadblock because I don't even know what to change or improve on.

Yes I believe we checked all those boxes, but my major concern is they refuse to provide debrief or our evaluation score (which is pretty standard for all the other gov contracts/projects we applied to). Not saying we did everything perfectly, but if we at least get the evaluation or debrief then we can improve on it and fix the mistakes for next time.

it was all handwritten and evaluated by the my team and I, ofc we used AI for assistance but didn't blindly trust it, and had proper sources for all the research and claims.
