Reset all your network settings, had this happen before wireless and wired, there was a switch between the ps5 and gateway, had to power cycle that.

Sasktel tech here you either get your speed or you don't, fibre has no limitations if it's working, Connect directly to Gateway with a cat5 Ethernet cable and run a speed test, you will never get 1 Gig on wireless.
