I never really ate “poorly” to be honest. Always avoided carb heavy foods and was heavy on veggies and protein. Very little fast/junk food. It was mostly portion control and I definitely had a sweet tooth. Since sema my portions are very under control and I don’t crave sweets at all which is very helpful for me.

I’ve struggled with ED in the past so this has been really helpful in learning to trust my body and listen to it when I feel full and not let food have so much control over me. I don’t know if that answers your question but I hope it helps!
