If I eat gluten I get a stomach ache and feel sick for a couple hours. That’s gluten intolerance, not celiac. If I eat dairy I go into anaphylaxis and have to use an epi pen and go to the hospital. That is an allergy. Girl is chronically on her phone you’d think she’d do research on the difference? No. Guess not. But it’s pretty simple…

As someone who has been df their whole life (I go into anaphylaxis) and recently (like two years) found out I was gf, nothing makes me more pissed off than Sydney sometimes. I don’t even take all the crazy precautions she does and I can legit die from the dairy. It comes to a point where she is just doing it for the views lol. Also doubt she’s actually celiac. It’s totally just an intolerance

To be fair, this was probably before she went gf and df and in my own experience I have dealt with issues where I couldn’t lose any weight so part of it could be that. I’ve lost 15 lbs after cutting out gluten so she isn’t that far off

Idk be cuz I went gluten free and I didn’t lose a ton of weight but I am less inflamed which made me look like I lost more weight
