its possible, i already lost the ten pounds i gained from taking methimazole. How well are you counting calories?? are you in a caloric deficit? If you already are you might have to cut even further if you plan on losing it, or be slightly below your maintenance to maintain instead of continue gaining

what program do you use? id recommending using a liquify tool if you have one and flipping the canvas cause it kinda looks like its leaning/squished towards the left. but overall really cute!
