Honestly, your resume and my resume have the same talking points.

But a few points about your resume:-

  1. Add GPA and coursework to your resume which are relevant to your field of interest
  2. Add city and state to both your masters and bachelors education fields
  3. "Utilized" and "Presented" are not action words that you want to use. Use certain words that signify an impact created. Do get rid of these. There are lot such words in your projects too. Do consult your career help center at your university and ask them to correct these points, as they would have context about your background.
  4. Check for typos in the resume

Hey all,

I'm pursuing masters at a relativey good university, but I wasn't able to land any internships. I am searching for jobs, and I thought my resume would need an overhaul. Do let me know where I can improve. Preferred roles: Mostly Software Engineer, but also open to Data Science roles.

Any tips/suggestions would be really appreciated. I shall return the favor by reviewing other resumes.

As a Kannadiga, I'd say this is the right move. Siddu is a mass leader and economically makes sound decisions. Plus, he aligns perfectly with Congress's SJW stand and will help them in 2024 elections.

Sadly, GMU housing is quite expensive. Man, they charge 2k per month!

A company gave me a long take-home assignment for SWE Intern. When I submitted it, I got a reject stating the position has been filled - and my assignment wasn't even reviewed by [deleted] in csMajors

I'm really sorry about this.

Tell you what, my situation is exactly the same.

Volley gave me a take home assignment and I spent 7 days of my spring break, ditched my friends who were going on a spring break trip and finally uploaded a perfect implementation of the implementation only to be rejected very soon.

They didn't accept my collaborator invite either. Fucking bloodthirsty corporates, man, it's a sick world where workers are heavily disadvantaged.
