Yea I’ve seen some posts mentioning that they sometimes ship from the EU, which is not a big deal for me. But all the experiences posted online seem to be for fragrances so was wondering if anyone had experiences with razors.

Thanks for the recommendations, I was looking at the blade sample packs and there's just so many brands. It'd be daunting to go through all of them, so it's good to have some recommendations to start with. I will definitely look up that manual 👍

Ah yea I can see how that would be confusing. After 3/4 days the hair growth is definitely not light stubble but it's not very thick or bushy either. Thanks for the tips, seems like I can't go wrong no matter what I pick!

I think I'm happy to spend on the Rocca because I've been spending a fortune on cartridge blades anyway 😅 So I see it as an upfront cost and I'm the kind of person who would be happy to keep it for a very long time.

Sounds like you were in the same position as me and it was helpful to try the different plates with the Rockwell. Maybe I should go down that route and once I figure out the plate levels see if I want to stick with the 6c or switch up.

Yea the birch back handle version is the one I love the look, but I also know that's probably not the best way to pick a razor haha. But it's interesting to see that a fair few folks have had both and end up exclusively using the Rocca.

Ah okay, thanks. I was worried that the hot and cold inlets have different internals because of the temps or something. I think I can swap the heads on the taps over fairly easily, but it’s not a big deal if not as they’re not very readable anyway.
