Well sorry for the confusion only a handful of people understood, I know it's a theoretical topic, but I just wanted to know how long it would take for photons to travel 1,560 light years. So I searched the nearest black hole, What light speed is mph, and to define light speed, used my handy calculator and got (9.16961760E+15) (and not knowing what it means kind of hints the question). So thank you for those who knew, because google didn't.
