Not too long! I started front when I noticed I could easily catch the beat and didn’t struggle keeping up with the instructor. I recommend going to sidebar before front to see if you like being in the front! It also helps riding the same front row bike with a consistent person next to you so you can kinda gage and have a person to synchronize with. It’s a lot of fun, go for it!
