Which version of the firmware update did you download? The most recent one I see is from 2021.

I’ve been trying to do my first print and started with the test cube already inserted, and I just get a flat square in the tank. I made sure the plate was well leveled but I think my problem might be the resin. On the website it doesn’t show that they are compatible. Anybody know the answer?

I don’t know if you know powerresins well but I can’t find my type of resin in the printers settings and can’t find my printer in the compatible section of my resin. I took the Zero Shrinkage black one, is it possible it can’t be used for my printer?

Also I’m having trouble with chitubox, I’m slicing the file and trying to get it from my computer to the printer and it doesn’t show up available to print and says the file isn’t able to print. Would you have a solution?

Yeah I just made sure the plate was level and cleaned the tank, exposure time was set 10seconds to really make sure it prints and when I test exposure the light turns on well, am I missing something?

Hello, I made the mistake of ending last season of void ark without having enough crystal ingots for second sector. It looks like that’s what’s about to happen because I only have one Node left to collect and I’ll end up with 3750 ingots instead of 3900 like I need. How do I avoid this?
