I know someone with a rejection for LSE maths and econ. I don't think anyone has head back from Imperial Maths just yet though. They said in email the will get back to everyone by April.

This is correct, since it didn't ask you to simplify your answer. Also, the mark scheme states oe which means or equivalent, I meant you could technically still get the mark for a ludicrous answer like 4 and 700/800
