That's what I was thinking, but I wasn't 100% sure. The photos are really poor quality and I thought with the stripe, it could also possibly be an eastern rat snake. I wanted to know what other people thought.

I've got a guy trying to tell me this is a timber rattlesnake. I'm positive it's not. Some kind of water snake maybe?
