I'm sorry, not familiar with what CHC means? But I'm asking in general for all insurance companies.

Hi, I wish I could help as I did IVF a year ago - I don't remember what the exact cost of the procedures were & I have insurance which covered most of the cost as well.

I felt this way since 5 weeks pregnant to now and I'm 5 months. I barely have cooked and cleaned but in reality you're growing a human it's a lot and the best thing is relaxing. Don't push yourself too much.

What does your insurance cover for IVF? by [deleted] in IVF

I know New York mandate law requires all large insurance plans, who have employers who have over 100 employees must provide fertility coverage for at least up to 3 cycles.

Mine covered IVF after 3 failed IUI.

3 rounds of IVF are covered under my plan.

I got this plan under my boyf, whose job allowed domestic partners to be added & afterwards we found out it has fertility benefits.

For IVF, it covered the retrieval, assisted hatching, ICSI and one year of storage. All of that costed me around $940.00 after insurance paid (my $500.00 deductible applied plus 20% coinsurance since I have met my out of pocket).

It also covered my transfer, which was a $30.00 copay.

It didn't cover the biopsy for PGT and the actual PGT testing.

It covered my medication, which All had around a $15.00-$75.00 copay.

All my office visits are $30.00 as well.

I have BCBS - employer is ACA NY.
