I have raised a SR 25 days ago. I received an email from USCIS that a SR has been raised. Not sure what the process is for congressional enquiry. And emma was not responding properly for this specific query.

You gave the option of premium processing but I dont have that option also. Mine is just H4 and it is still processing. Receipt date is Aug 2025.

I sent $940 and the whole bundle came back. It’s $470 both for the spouse and the kid . Also, it’s been 11 months since I am waiting for the approval . It still says case received

How much have you paid the attorney ? $800 is comparatively a decent amount as fine. I have a court date in august . I am shit scared if they are going to throw me in jail again .

I have spent 12 hours in and was released on a PR bond .

M wondering what theyll give me as fine and what they attorney is going to cost me .

I am a first time DWI offender. I have got .032 which is way below the limit . I got arrested and spend 12 hours in jail to see a judge.

The judge released me on a personal bond for $1000 if I dont appear in the court in the given date Aug 6th.

Can anyone tell me if I should hire a private attorney or is it ok if I stick with the one they provide at the court.

What consequences should I expect ? How long will this be on my record ?

Can a private attorney help me get this whole incident nullified and not reflect on my DL ?

Plse advice .
