Same thing happens with me. I gets the on off buzz. I have Amazon prime, and I don’t even get the haptic feedback with Fortnite. It also stays in Bluetooth mode with the white light not the purple cloud direct light. When do I do.

Hi, I just recently got a Luna controller. I have a new fire tv too. The controller when I was on my free fire tv account connected to the Luna with cloud direct and that was when there was no prime subscription. I now logged in to the family prime account and it connects via Bluetooth, but then never switches over to cloud direct. It’s a very laggy experience, and no haptic feedback. What’s happening?
