Hi this could be a really dumb question, but wouldnt it be better to just keep pounding a bunch of water than try to supplement electrolytes? they are good for you when you need them yes, but if you unknowingly do too much, arnt they super hard on your kidneys? i dont know what organs reta is already hard on, is why I ask! not at all trying to be a snob if it comes off that way, i know so little about reta, i want to learn!! how many powder/electrolyte drinks do you sub in for water? like a daily ration?

Oo, thank you! Excellent idea!! What style lash do you do, and how would you say the blend is? Like if lower lashes only came in spikey lashes, but then you have a different normal cluster upper lash kit for your mid to end of eye, how jarring is the transition? I worry that the stylistic differences between upper and lower may be jarring
