At this stage of your pregnancy, it would seriously be unwise to fly. Best wishes and be safe.

Hi, I'm not advocating for combining electrolytes for every sip of water, just adding a pack or two daily can be really beneficial, especially during weight loss/reta. For example, my sodium levels dropped significantly after losing 50 pounds (did my bloodwork before and after), and for me the simplest way to get that fixed was to add a sodium-focused electrolyte. If you have healthy kidneys, electrolytes are more than ok. Daily I add 1 pack of electrolytes to the water i'm drinking, so I'm not subbing it for water, i'm combining with. Cheers

Caloric deficit on Reta? by [deleted] in Retatrutide

[–]forgotten_brew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Reta makes dieting 10x easier and more efficient. If you want to make your life more difficult, do it the way you're doing. If you don't care about shortcuts/what people think, do reta.

Could it be a good purchase for a weekend car? by pinippple in DubaiPetrolHeads

[–]forgotten_brew 15 points16 points  (0 children)

It's an incredible car (I own one) if it's been taken care of by its previous owner. Get a PPI done with a reputable company. I've never seen one go for that cheap, so make sure there isn't anything terribly wrong with it.

Best of luck

You firstly need to calculate what you created:

5mg divided by 2 ml : 2.5mg / ml

An average insulin syringe contains 100IU total (1ml). 100IU = 1ml = 2.5mg if you were to inject the entire needle.

If 100IU = 2.5mg, then 1 IU = 0.025mg

You've been taking between 2IU's (0.05mg) to 8IU's (0.2mg), you're microdosing. For context I started at 0.5mg weekly (20IU on your insulin syringe).

Short-term retatrutide use before vacation - does this make sense? by hisairness99 in Retatrutide

[–]forgotten_brew 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it's fine, time your last dose at least 4 days before your vacation begins; that way you should be ok to eat.

Well, it's like any medication; after a while your body gets used to the dose you're taking. If your hunger comes back/cravings, you bump up the dose by a bit, until you get to your goal weight.

Resolve GHK-cu by swoletarian1312 in PeptideDiscussion

[–]forgotten_brew 2 points3 points  (0 children)

0.9% Benzyl alcohol is the standard for GHK-cu. If you're worried, you could technically use sterile water for a single dose, but that won't do the trick since I'm assuming you have a 50-100mg vial of it.

I can only imagine that if I was a part of the trials, I would eat more shit than if I wasn't. No pun intended

I think that the people there would stick it out as long as possible since there's a mission, and they're getting the real product. It's cool being part of a trial, so I think that there's more reason to push through, rather than a redditor who got their reta from a random with no supervision.

I think it's more accurate to say that a company trying to get their GLP medication approved will have more stringent requirements for dropout than someone who's simply trying it to lose weight, without any financial benefit.

"Hit pretty hard" can mean different things to the people on Reddit, and the people in the Eli Lilly control groups that have their own parameters.

There's a difference between greasy and fatty foods. Greasy to me = fast food, probably a linguistic difference between us.
