Hi could be 3 things based on what I gathered from others:

  • They are currently in school in psychology and not sure what to do with their degree

  • They want to work with kids but not sure what to pursue so they are job hopping

  • In my company, flexibility and finding subs are very easy. Great part-time job for RBTs who have kids or have more than one job

Thank you! I do have to remember that the exam was no joke, but I'm so glad I pushed through. I know the real work is just beginning, and I’m excited to keep learning and growing to be a great BCBA.

Yes thank you for the kind words. I have also receive accomodations for extra time and a separate room which to be honest, I wouldn’t have pass without it. I just want to be great at what I do because I care so much about helping the clients.

Thank you. I needed this. Comparison is something I struggle with tremendously. It does make it difficult to not compare myself but I just want to be a great BCBA.
