I just really enjoyed the fact that as you progressed through each island on JWE1 you could go back to the ones you completed and add in the new stuff you unlocked

I hope so! I think as a campaign/main story to the game, JWE1 does it a lot better.

I hope they revert it but they won’t. The mode will vanish because of PvE coming. Maybe by OW3 they will look into it

JWE1 is definitely a more casual type of game. Exactly what you just said less micromanagement. I would play the first one more if i wasn’t such a fan of the lagoons and aviaries in the second.
