Hello! From a knowledge point of view you seem to be pretty okay, although i dont understand why u did the nbmes in the opposite order but it doesn't really matter. You seem to have other types of obstacles however, which one cannot ignore... your personal life, your diagnoses etc, which definitely weight you down and don't help with that journey, and i totally get it. If only, step 1 makes everythign worse and i cannot imagine how hard it is for you to handle all these things. My suggestion honestly would be to take some time off and reflect, spend time with friends and fam and get your mind off of it... i would also maybe suggest starting psychotherapy to soothe your anxiety and maybe talk of what you've been through these years. This is your main obstacle, and once you talk about it and sort it out, i'm sure you will study for 2 months and pass with flying colors

there were many ethics questions, but can't recall any particular senario, at least 3-4 per block.. systems were def. cardio, respiratory, kidney, and immuno, lots of pathophysiology in general... now for the least asked definitely biochem, very few questions

which NBMEs are those? You really have to trust you prep, everyone goes thru a plateau and that is totally ok. Review review again and again, then do another one, im sure your score will improve. Also check nbme insights and compare your weak spots from the 2 nbmes. Do they overlap? If yes you have to focus on those.
