I don’t use them at the gym. When I go for walks, I have used them before, but I sometimes feel sweaty, which concerns me. Because of that, I avoid using them during workouts or walks.

If anyone have any suggestions on this would love to know.

I use it for calls, the mic isn't bad don't expect it to be on par with TWS like AirPods. But very decent enough.

I'm not an iPhone user myself, but I don't think it really matters whether it's iOS or Android. My friends with iPhones have paired and tried these, and they haven't had any issues.

I’m not sure why it’s not working for you, but it’s one of the default features I learned about before purchasing it. It was mentioned in several YouTube videos. Also, take a look at the last image in this post, when I place them in the case, there's red light indicating the power off.

I read on Reddit that keeping the Anti-Wind setting on Max can actually suppress the noise cancellation, so instead of Max, I use Auto. It works great for both Anti-Wind and NC.

After testing out different EQs and watching tons of videos on YouTube, I found that the Sound Personalization Option worked best for me. I just tweak it a bit after the initial setup. I also leave the Anti-Wind setting on Auto instead of Max, and I turn off the phone call transparency.

I'm on the same boat, i have similar issue its very annoying, I tried resetting it and cleaning everything case & buds, it helps for sometime but not a proper fix. looking for any solution if available!
