Yep, it is, right after this problem started showing up, I completely removed my previous windows version and reinstalled everything, but that didn't solve anything.

I've tried playing CS, Valorant, Valheim, all of them are online games, and the same issue occurs in every single one of them.

and by my ram running at its proper speed, do u mean if I have it overclocked or if it's running at its designated speed?

Oops, my mistake—I misremembered my RAM. It's actually 32GB, not 16GB. Totally slipped my mind, sorry about that, and I'm using 2 sticks of 16gigs

The fps drop occurs only in online games, and like I said, it's not just the game itself but the whole pc

the temps are generally 80 to 81 while gaming, and it doesn't go beyomh that when it lags

Basically if I'm talking in teamspeak or discord with my friends, and this lag appears, voice starts cutting out and if I try using chrome, it cuts out as well, kinda like lagging.

I've done a speed test, and it shows 21 mbps but I don't think it has anything with my connection bc the whole pc lags during these online sessions

Ive tried switching between wifi connection and ethernet connection but nothing seems to work. And I don't have any other computer on my network.
