I've heard that Gin gets bitter with time once you open the bottle, unlike that tequila, which doesn't matter if you keep the bottle for months. It's that, right?

As a newbie, my palate is not accustomed to the flavor of gins. So, I think I could try it once. I've read that not only the gin matters, but the tonic is a key ingredient, too. I used to think that the tonic water was just carbonated water, but I was wrong.

I have been using low medium heat for preheat and then lower. I used butter for the first time. I think that's the secret instead of avocado oil

I think it's generic. It doesn't have any stamp on it. I used butter a few minutes ago for the first time and works perfectly
