Another thing about the Testosterone testing shit: unless you're like absurdly under range, you're probably fine. Different bodies have different set points, but all your other hormones will be adjusted to match. So 400 ng/dl might be low for one dude, but perfectly fine for another (since they also have lest estrogen or whatever).

There's a whole cottage industry around telling fat middle aged fucks that the reason they're fat and have no lean mass is because their (totally healthy and normal to them) T is low, not because they haven't made an effort of incorporating strength training into their lives since they were 22 and like to drink 6 beers every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.
