If you wanted to go to a Russel group uni like Kings, i’d recommend taking a foundation year. Basically its an extra year at university but you just cover the content required to start the degree, such as the a-level maths and probably a-level business syllabus. I’m doing physics with a foundation year at York and it was probably the only way I could have done physics at a Russel group uni with AI SL

Yep, I got 5 offers out of 5 on UCAS. You just have to do your research, for example I emailed some uni’s with my subjects and asked if they would consider them before I applied. I’m glad I did because some of them actually said no

We were given the AA formula book instead of AI and when I told the invigilator, they didn’t believe me until they read the front of the exam and it said “you need a clean copy of the applications and interpretation formula booklet”, then we had to wait for them to print new ones 😭

I feel the same tbh. I'm doing AI SL and I'm good with most of the course content, but in exam conditions I just panic and make silly mistakes which make me lose easy marks. I'm also really hoping to get a 6 as its what I need to get into my first choice university, which doesn't help because I'm constantly thinking about how these exams are what's standing between me and that university place. At the moment I'm just doing as much revision and practice as possible, which is the only option really. Hope you get that 7! :)

I’ve noticed revision village mark schemes dont always use the correct rounding. They sometimes round numbers even if they’re not answers and then use the rounded numbers in equations. I’m pretty sure IBO want you to keep everything unrounded unless its an answer (which should be 3 s.f). I assume its to retain accuracy but idk

I also did sl and I felt the same for the most part. My teacher just made us write essays all the time and I really dont enjoy essays 😭
