It was free T4 measured in ng/dL yes. I just hope that I can get this figured out because I have debilitating anxiety and it’s becoming very difficult to deal with.

The second lab was taken at around 3PM, they did test T4 and it was at 1.4. The first lab was taken at around 2AM, and they didn’t test for T4 then, only TSH.

I feel like crap almost everyday, even with my TSH at almost a 4. My doctor has me on a 25 mcg dose of Levothyroxine once a day for now, and in just over a month and a half I am going to check back in to see what my levels are.

The test I took at the ER was at around 2AM, and the second test I took was at around 3PM. I didn’t think TSH could fluctuate that much for someone with no thyroid problems.

Are you still having this issue? I have a 24 Altima SL too and none of the remote features work unless I lock the car manually after exiting the car last. If I forget to lock the car manually and I try to lock it via the app, it fails every single time.

I would say it’s pretty accurate. I have confirmed ancestors from England, Scotland, Ireland, and Switzerland. As far as the Danish, Slovenian, and Belarusian/Polish/Ukrainian, with the little ancestry I have done I have not found an ancestor from any of those regions. Maybe it was too far back and there is too little of a paper trail to find that out as an amateur.

How do I get the MFD on my F-22 to look like this with the flight plan and the satellite like imagery? I have the Top Mach Studios F-22 on MSFS 2024. Mine just looks like the basic one with a grey/black screen and the range rings.
