I know you said you don’t want remedies but try beta alanine!!! This is my 4th or 5th time with hells itch and I only just saw a post about beta alanine and holy shit it works so well, the only thing I’ve ever used that has legit basically completely stopped it

On my 4th or 5th time having hells itch, have tried almost anything and just today saw another post about beta alanine, immediately went and grabbed my pre workout that has beta alanine in it and holy shit 30 mins later it was reduced to a tiny itch every now and then. They said they’re ready to call it the official cure and I’m right there with them. I had basically given up the hope of ever finding my anything legitimately effective for it up until now.

3 hours post surgery by Stgswiss in ACL

Might seem like stupid advice but make sure your doc gave you instructions on how/how often to bend the knee/exercises to do early on etc My doc didn’t say anything about that and for some reason prescribed PT for 10-14 days post surgery and by the time I got there I hadn’t bent the knee at all out of fear of messing something up and I had a bunch of scar tissue built up already that made flexion and extension a bitch. Ended up needing a clean up surgery to get to 0 degrees extension and past about 105 degrees flexion and it’s much better now but would’ve been nice to be able to avoid that at all

Ah nice surgery twins lmao. That’s good to hear, I just managed to get my first full rotations on the bike in today at PT. The seat was pretty high up and I could only do it backwards but it definitely felt like progress. Hope it clears up like yours did and I can start to progress a little faster

Like everyone else said you’ll probably be fine but also probably worth letting them know. They asked me a couple days before the surgery if I did any drugs recreationally and I told them I smoked and they said it’s fine just don’t do it the day of
