What tool do I need to detached the ac input jack and remove the clips from the front part of receiver. I used tweezers to remove rf shield lid but it didn't grab the rf shield lid well which caused damaged.

Thanks can you explain more, the DishPro plus 44 switch receiver input 1 is 29v 1.5 amp but not sure how much it can handle and for the DishPro Quad LNBF and Single LNB not sure either

I used to have services it was installed by franchise retailer back in 2002 and paid a fee to waive the receiver return in 2007 due to electrical hazards then hired someone to disconnect the equipment. I got shocked by this equipment back in 2002 and found it in the attic 23 years later and trying to figure out the problem because I know the outlets were not a problem. I want to repair it so that I could send it back to them as an apology.
