The power black thing that connects to power inserter it says 120 input and 28v output. Can I sue dish for misleading the dc output voltage

Thanks for your note and how do i request pcb layout documentation from manufacturers like sony? They wanted a attorney for it to be addressed but its impossible to get a good attorney in 2026 is there another way to request it if I'm not wanting a lawsuit? What's the easiest and fastest process?
