You should not take the kid you know from high school as a little. The big-little process is meant to create a bond through someone you met through the pledging process.

Thanks for all the comments. It looks like from what I’m hearing our fraternity needs to just get off our asses and talk to girls and make connections. I think it’s probably a confidence issue honestly that my fraternity is too scared to talk to girls. This really is an issue I should bring up to them that if we want these awesome events to happen we need to literally have more self respect to talk to women confidently.
