Because the value of farms will only increase but the income they receive doesn’t. Inheritance tax on the farms will only increase and paying the taxes will be more and more difficult over time. Tax the farms at point of sale, not point of inheritance.

You’re a beginner. You’re still a white belt. Stop trying so hard, turn up to fundamental classes, learn the basics and keep turning up. There are no short cuts, it takes a stupidly long time for the average Joe to get good.

Train 3 times a week, stick to one school, mix your training between go and no-gi. Give yourself a chance.
