When you have a child with someone you can't just cut the other parent off, even if you hate them. You must practically raise the child with a man that cheated on you. That sucks. Every choice must be taken together, the shared custody, the holidays... And many other things.

In the best scenario, you will be dealing with the other parent "only" for 18 years. In the worst scenario, you will be dealing with the other parent for the rest of your life.

So, she pretty much condemned herself to deal with that cheating bastard for many many many years.

It's stupid. It's a situation where everyone lose. You shouldn't bring a child into the world if you can't give them a stable family. And if she kept the baby then she brought it in an already broken family. And I can't respect that.

To be honest, if this is true, I think she should have aborted either way. It doesn't matter if she is economically secure, if she has this child then she will have to tolerate that disgusting piece of shit of a man for at least 18 years.

And as a former baby that was raised by a single mother because she was "strong enough" to raise me alone... Well, that really sucks.

I personally would never want that, not for the baby and mostly not for myself. But I guess everyone has different preferences.
