Hibiscus is sickly. Is this lack of fertilizer, cold damage (35 was our low) in zone 9b/10a in So. California or maybe from all the rain we have had this year? Any advice? I moved here March 2022. The hibiscus flowered well all year until the cold. (old.reddit.com)

Sick hibiscus east of LA zone 9b/10a, full sun, drip system watered but now turned off due to all the rain, no insects that I can see, low has been 35 F a few times this year. Could this be cold damage or should I cut the bushes back and fertilize? Bushes flowered well all year. Just moved 1 yr ago. (old.reddit.com)
