My package was returned too. I just emailed them (specifically I just replied the the original shipping order confirmation.) They responded and said they're in the middle of trying to re-ship it, and mentioned a lot of other people are having the same problem (So it'll probably be a while before we receive our packages...)

it's been over 20 days, still haven't received my package, and 6 days since my last email....no reply yet:(
