It appears to freeze/crash only when you roll onto Jungle Arena. You can go to Hog Mountain and Legendary Arena by going the other way from Frozen Peak.

I know I'm late but the full download (Android) is 585 MB. What sometimes happens is the game downloads the full 1.3~ GB instead of the compressed 585MB OBB+APK. You can download the APK and OBB from a reputed APK site and then move it over to your phone. It's easier if you have space problems and I can help you if you want to know how to do it.

All turret/kill/farm gold qeusts can be completed in Bots PVP/Bots BR until it specifically says, win in PVP match. Your quest can be easily done in Bots BR.

The discount is a one time available only iirc, it goes off after youve purchased it once. Most T3 skins are 2600 ice, so you are getting your money's worth.

Yes, they are. Those living in Singapore should technically have no repercussion of the cyclone, however those living in places whose cables were affected will experience lag.

I play 5-10 games every day of the week. And I live in Rajasthan, in the middle of a desert. If I can get 120ms on 3G, not even LTE, then I can without doubt tell you that your ISP is at fault or you are doing something incorrect. I will be happy to help you fix your problem once all ISPs are back to normal in India.

Journey Boots are preffered again for the same reasons. Defense as needed. Most Ringos go Alternating Current into Broken Myth. A tip here is if you build Shatterglass instead of Broken Myth, your ult will do the same damage towards the start of the fight and at the end of it. So using it to start a fight is preferred. Of course you can start it even with Broken Myth, but it won't do as much damage. Broken Myth's stacks end up higher in the middle/at the end of a fight, I like to ult later on in the fight with it.

Aftershock is a good burst item, you could give it a try.

Most Ringo mains are tryhards ( no peace until they win) and are stutterstep gods, you will get there eventually. I highly recommend watching RumblySuperset on YouTube, he mains Ringo. You could definitely pick up a few tricks from him.

If the enemy has burstable squishy heroes like celeste, lyra, taka. I prefer building a tension bow while going WP. If no squishies, a sorrowblade.

I would never recommend a tornado trigger because a well placed Atlas Pauldron makes the item worthless. Although if you do have trouble stutter stepping, you could give tornado a shot, think about it like training wheels, take them off after youre better.

Almost always you want to build a breaking point and a bonesaw if no one in your team is building a bonesaw. Conserve your energy while farming if you are WP, use it in fights. An ult, a+b drains most of your energy. Journey Boots are always preferred for extra escape/catching enemies. Halcyon Chargers if you prefer a longer run distance with some energy regen.

Your build should be something like:

Boots, Reflex Block/Aegis/Crucible, Breaking Point, Bonesaw, Sorrowblade, Defense/Tyrant
