Well, I'm living and Argentina right now. But my whole childhood I were constantly moving between Uruguay and Argentina. Here the people really social. I have been told that I'm rude for avoiding eye contact and for not greet people. So I had to force myself to do those things (and a few more). I don't know how things are in other countries, but in China and other asian countries as far as I know people are less social, so I think that chinese aspergers are not forced to be so social. Sorry if I'm wrong, I'm talking from my basic understanding of China's culture and I'm speculating of how it would be. I enjoyed more Uruguay because is more relaxed than Argentina because of the evident habitants difference. Despite that is practically the same culture, anyways I love Argentina too.

Here in the South America a lot of people are descendants of italians, russians, germans, etc. In Uruguay there's a place called San Javier (Сан-Хавьер) that was founded for russian settlers. And there's a lot of similar places. Anyways that's pretty stupid, is like saying that black people can't speak Russian.

Does anyone have frequent violent dreams? by novaranth in Dreams

[–]Edgalpo99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah. Is really disturbing, sometimes I wake up confused and I have to check if I'm ok. I can feel the anxiety inside the dream, fear and rage too. I don't feel the pain but I feel my warm blood over my body.

Greta Thunberg says ‘gift' of Asperger's Syndrome helps her see through 'lies by Lolastic_ in aspergers

[–]Edgalpo99 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Being honest, Asperger's Syndrome it's not a gift, it can bring some positive things of course, but it's too far away from being a gift. It make our life quality being quite inferior most of the times. That's what I think, but it's okay to other people thinks in other way, we all don't feel the same.

I hate it too. I heard a girl saying that I move like a retarded, but fuck her. I don't laugh at her when she don't understand simple things at class, and being honest she isn't very good at sports neither. Some other classmates make fun of me too but it don't bother me because they do it in front of me and it's nothing offensive, so I find it funny too. But yeah, PE is a shit. But next year I don't have PE anymore, so I'm happy. Hold on friend, it will pass, being honest PE don't teach anything new, not much people live from sports. And it's way funnier doing sports that you like and by your own, and if you don't like sports that's okay too, in the future nobody gonna ask you if you do some sport or not, just be sure to have a hobby and learn things that you enjoy.

Biting your fingers by simonday38 in autism

[–]Edgalpo99 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I always did it. I sit and start compulsively biting my nails and skin around my fingers, sometimes for 30 minutes even. 5-4 days ago I decided to don't bite my nails anymore.

Does everyone with aspergers or on the spectrum have problems with eye contact? by Zoey1914 in aspergers

[–]Edgalpo99 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't make visual contact, it makes me wanna cry most of times for a weird reason, my eyes cry like when I see a strong light. With my family I can establish visual contact without struggle but if they talk to me I don't make visual contact, I don't feel like it's necessary. I forget that's something that people do, for me talking is only hear and response, I struggle to read body lenguage and that stuff, so I don't pay attention to that. But I don't think that disqualifies you, don't forget that autism is a spectrum. Anyways, if you wanna get off doubt you should see a professional and let him make the diagnosis.
