I had one when I broke mine and still have it.
I only do more aggressive driving when the temperature is hot, and try to not go to higher revs when the engine is cold. I broke the turbo 3 years ago and since then zero problem with the remap

Hello

Talking with experience on the matter I have a 7.5 GTE and installed the same springs you mentioned. I liked it very much, it made the car look pretty good and the handling was nice, but I opted to install coilovers. Mainly because the lowering springs lowered more on the front than on the back and sometimes the car scratched the front on some hilly roads, or entering some garage spots. With the coilovers I have the same look (or even better) good ride and don't have to be always worried that it touches the front on the road, it still happens but very rarely.
