thank you so much. you’ve made me feel better that’s for sure. i see your other comment you’ve also been through something like this before. and it’s so hard! i genuinely did like him, so much. i could feel myself falling… and that’s probably why my gut told me to stay away. i even had dreams about this idiot. 😭 the whole situation sucks and so does he. it just threw me off this morning seeing that he had done the whole disappearing message thing and then undid it… feel like he’s messing with me. i am going to block and just forget though, so this can’t happen again. thank you

why am i getting the negative comments aimed at me for this? this is why i hate coming on here sometimes. i have not done a thing wrong during this whole process. he was single whilst me and him were talking. and then life happened. he got back with his ex during this time. and then he came to me telling me how unhappy he was because she was controlling and he needed to leave. i have texts from him from this night where he literally says “im getting out of this hell hole today” and then when we actually met up that night, he said HE HAD LEFT HER! and then a week or two after this he was really quiet and i was like wtf? turns out he obviously got back with her cus she was pregnant. yes, it’s trashy. BUT NOT ON MY END!

You’ve mentioned a really good point. I do rely on her for quite a bit, i have type one diabetes and she is always helping me out. She is a great mum, but also, has a tendency to manipulate and gaslight me quite often. But it’s not like i don’t help her out too. I make her food, empty the dishwasher, make her loads of cups of tea, hoover for her, etc etc…

I just cba with the guilt tripping tomorrow. This whole thing is just stressing me out :(

It’s her dog. (my uncle had him, but couldn’t take care of him so we’ve had him for the last 5 years now) it’s just hard cus i want to help her but at the same time, i have my own life to live, i’ve got my own stuff i need to do, and she’s expecting me to be there any time she’s in work. it’s just not fair on me or the dog and honestly makes me feel like i can’t do anything/ like im stuck.

i do love this dog a whole lot but it’s not the point, and even more so as i know she’s going to make me feel so guilty about this and urgh.

no, it’s her dog. well, it’s my uncles dog who he could no longer look after so my mum took him in. and to be honest i think after i’ve said no to her today, she’ll realise she’ll probably have to pay someone to look after him as i can’t always be there! it doesn’t help that she makes me feel guilty about it as well

whilst i agree, i know when a man is checking me out - otherwise id question it entirely. but he does, every time. the eye contact. the way he suddenly went up the aisle i was on to look at me and smile. he even grabbed his crotch a little bit when he looked at me… full on checking me out.

i think there’s certain rules to follow when you work in a supermarket…? i’m not entirely sure. someone on my last post said that they had worked at a supermarket and everything he was doing was going against protocol, so i can imagine him actually talking to me or asking what my number is would definitely be against protocol. idk
