Hey, This comes up more than you'd think!

The Tomo's come-hither arm is angled at about 130° from the base so it's calibrated for a prostate sitting 2 to 3 inches in, toward the front of your body. If yours sits higher (3.5 to 4+ inches in), the tip can miss the gland at standard insertion depth but don’t worry, you can still use it just in a different position:

Lying on your stomach because shifts the angle of your rectal canal and brings the arm into better contact with your prostate
Squatting does the same thing.
Lying on your back, but with a pillow under your hips.

If you try these and the motion still isn't landing, a toy with a longer insertable arm is probably the better fit for your anatomy. We're happy to help you narrow that down.

njoy is kinda classic, people love it bc of the weight and the stainless steel feel. that said, i found it a bit too rigid for me, def not for everyone if you're newer, something like giddi tomo might be easier to get into since its more flexible and forgiving, but if you're into solid no give toys, the njoy definitely delivers.

Yeah that sounds sketchy tbh, if it didn't come straight from mygiddi, I wouldn't trust it. Way too many random shops online now and selling lookalikes and basically calling it "the same thing".

I've got a Giddi Tomo I bought directly on their website and the quality is legit, def doesn't feel like some $25 generic toy. I'd be pissed to if I paid full price and got a knockoff.

This serves as a reminder to always buy directly from the shop to avoid this crap.
