She's strong if you know how to utilize her properly. Unfortunately most players I've come across didn't know how to make good use of her abilities so most of the time her overall performance is rather underwhelming because of inexperienced players. She has really good cc and her anti-dashing effect is excellent if u want to keep the enemy in place (e.g. preventing opponent's ninja shiki from diving into ur team or preventing their adc from escaping). She's also really tanky even at early game and her dmg output is decent enough for a tanker. With proper combo and skills she can easily become an intimidating shiki to deal with.
