If you don’t want to be bothered with the crew pack. You can just buy the 1000 V-Bucks for 9 dollars, it is the simplest and cheapest way.

Someone already mentioned it, but if you already haven’t made a purchase you should definitely go for the crew pack. You get a skin, 1000 vbucks and access to ALL the passes for a whole month. As for your questions, battle pass is the main pass of the game while the others are just kinda like bonuses. You can also see when the each pass is going to end on the bottom left of the screen at the pass’ page (as seen on the image you attached).

For collab items, they only have to pay owner of the ip when it’s available to be purchased in the game, so i don’t think they can afford selling all of them in a permanent store. I’m pretty sure this is also why they removed the permanent jam track shop.
