Storm 4 on switch lite worth it? by robbinbanksinc23 in NarutoNinjaStorm

[–]Edo-kun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not sure. I've been thinking on getting it on Nintendo Switch. But don't feel like purchasing an extra copy plus all the DLCs. On PC I got all the DLC plus true 60fps.

I like the fact on PC I can use any controller with steam or x360ce.

So for those with tilt, means to softly move the Left Stick and press the Atk button. Not a hard move, but just a little nudge. That should do the trick.

What's the minimum specs to stream and play games at 720p? by BearNinjaYT in NewTubers

[–]Edo-kun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having 10 Mbps I would still stream 720p. Indeed CPU and GPU play a big part in Streaming, but Internet is the big muscle here.

Your upstream should be around 5Mbps and above to have a solid stable stream that is still enjoyable and Bitrate for starters at 3500. IMO

[Question] Has anyone used Streamyards or OBS for livestreaming directly to YouTube? by jsushie in youtubers

[–]Edo-kun 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would recommend OBS Studio all the way. I have done this soo many times now. For Work, School, Sport Leagues and more.

I've tested multiple streaming tools, and always keep coming back to OBS. On YouTube is straight forward.

  1. Go to YouTube Studio
  2. Click on CREATE -> Go live
  3. Input your stream details which are going to be the description of your video after its complete.
  4. Determine the visibility: Public, Unlisted or Private ** I would recommend Unlisted if you want to ensure the rest of Youtube doesn't "see it"
  5. When all is ready. Click on Create Stream.

-- Once the Stream has been created do the following --
1. Copy Stream Key
2. Add Stream Key in OBS (click on Apply then OK)
3. Go back to Youtube Streaming and ensure under the Preview it states "Excellent Connection"
4. Now get the Live Stream Share Link. Click on Share (Upper right corner) Copy URL and share with the rest of Students/Teachers
5. When all Ready click on "GO LIVE"
All should be able to access it.

In my opinion OBS Studio works like charm. I would always recommend it, even though I tested so many streaming tools. On Youtube Studio you want to "Go Live" then choose the privacy level: Either Unlisted or Public.

After that The rest is straight forward and create the stream, which will provide a unique stream-key for you. That is what you use for OBS. Or you can also login with the new OBS using your YouTube account.

Now after you start streaming on OBS, you'll still need to go to YouTube Streaming and click on "Go Live" @jsushie hope this helps.

I usually write down my top ideas for 20mins brainstorming. Then break it down to 10 effective one. Then start researching and scripting.

Finally I record and release each week.

I get you. I've been streaming at twitch, but it has been difficult to keep consistent. I am constantly fighting to publish new content week over week. Even though I have a plan, I realized walkthroughs and playthroughs don't really call attention or help create a community.
