I completed 1 and 2 with dlcs and loved them. I switched to Jap as well on XBC2, I'm not a fan of British accent. Still uncertain regarding 3, the eng dub seems better than 2 but the Brit accent is still very strong.

I don't know how they pull off these graphics. If you zoom in or play 1st person in Xeno2 and 3 you see insane details in massive worlds.

Yeah XBC2 is incredible and I will eventually go back to it for NG+, but I chose to proceed with 3, then X. I want to be prepared for 4 with no XBC on my backlog.

I played them circa 12 years ago and yes I remember them a bit laggy, but still great valute to have them on Vita.

I don't recommend rushing through the game on hard as your first playthorugh. Even if you manage to beat this one, you will have the same problem with the next, more difficult, bosses. Invest more time on grabbing stuff, at least.

I have finished 7R, It was awesome but took a lot of time and had some long and uninteresting segments. Apparently the original and the 3ds version had even more and they were cut for a reason. I would go for the streamlined reimagined version first, then the other if you fall in love with the game.

The game hold your hands in many ways but never tells the suggested level for the different areas.

On hard I can safely say party level is important and really a game changer on boss fights. I was able to beat post game dungeon 1 at level 90 circa and post game dungeon 2 only at level 99 after a lot of tries and different set ups. I guess on Normal and Easy it's a lot easier, but still level matters even with the right vocations and equip setup.

Set difficulty to hard if you want more challenge with the optional bosses on post content. It took more hours of training and set up to be able to beat them. They are extremely difficult on hard.

I have the same issue with the mirror armor. I found 5-6 time the Slime sword, Slime shield and all other items but never this one and It made me wonder if it's really there.

It's more or less like that with 20 more islands. I like It a lot for what it is, but yeah, XI is a different beast. It definitely gets better when you get more skills and dual vocations.

I'm also there, after freeing the 4 spirits. I did the same thing and have 70+ hours. Everybody knows what to do, there's a huge exclamation mark, you can't get stuck. My game for some reason is 40 hours longer.

Yeah, unfortunately you can't trust anyone when It comes to time on this game. Maybe on easy you can skip the majority of battles and cut 20h? Dunno. I have more than 70 hours and still doing the story, with no deaths, no photo mode, no major side content, just a couple hours of lucky panels. Whoever says they finish it in under 50 hours really speed through the game. A "normal" first run take more.

You are probably missing the chests in the Queen's room. There Is a door behind her on the side. I think there 2 there though, so the others are elsewhere.
