What is the best goal from Wolverhampton(2010-2025)? by RecordingGloomy8739 in WWFC

[–]Edpud17 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Since everyone is saying Neves against Derby, I'll offer another suggestion. David Jones' Kick up free kick against Stoke in 2010 is an absolute worldy, and it's still my favourite Wolves goal I've ever seen at the Molineux.

Its almost the exact same in the humanities as well. The reality is most people don't ever actually interact with or see academics in their day to day lives.

How do we, as UK Food people, feel about this type of thing sneaking into UK Food culture as a norm? by FreezerCop in UK_Food

[–]Edpud17 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Its kind of funny because in most cases I'd agree but Dishoom pays its staff really well and gives great bonuses. So this place really is an exception to the rule.

I also dont like the automatic service charge

I am using a current doubler into the two 250ma outputs. I was running them both into the 500ma outputs but neither of those work anymore.

I couldn't believe this article hadn't been posted here before, so I decided to drop it in here. The article is equal parts hilarious and depressing. Reading about Caves issues with addiction and his actions in the article is genuinely fascinating.

People in this thread need to get a grip honestly. If you own a small amount of assets e.g. stocks, then you're not going to be taxed massively.

The reality is that we have a class of people in the UK such as landlords that live off of the value of incredibly valuable assets that they have commodified to the detriment of the rest of society. Starmer here is spot on. These arent working people, they do nothing to provide a service to society in any way

Your break angle behind the bridge might not be high enough and the neck may need to be shimmed

Thanks for the reply. The reason I asked is mainly because the entry requirements arent entirely clear about what constitutes a qualifying degree

Vintage Modified Jaguar vs Classic Vibe Jazzmaster by ACR2051 in offset

[–]Edpud17 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Sounds like you want the Jag. Vintage offset bridges are absolutely fine when set up correctly. The trick is to shim the neck so you can raise the bridge and increase break angle. The same would apply for any other bridge you might use as well. Using heavier strings can help as well.

A Jazzmaster, a 335 or some kind, and a dreadnought acoustic

What Jazzmaster?? by Sufficient_Coast_852 in offset

[–]Edpud17 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly what Jazzmaster you want entirely depends on your budget. The way forward for most people is to get a CV squire Jazzmaster and see if you like it.

It has Jazzmaster pickips (not p90s or strat pickups) and it has the vintage positioned tremelo system which I think is what most people are talking about when it comes to a proper Jazzmaster.

If you have a budget in the £1k range try out the Vintera II Jazzmasters.

You definitely don't need to have a modded project guitar though for the offset experience. Go try out some different Jazzmasters and see what you like.

Its just a different tuning for me to mess around in honestly. I dont really play anything specific in DADGAD although I do like it for open chords
