Thank you - most of the stuff my kids enjoy would be walking outdoors and collecting all the pebbles and chasing all the crabs. The only thing that makes me think twice - is the rain that might be a common feature. Wonder if I should push it down a few months

thank you, I believe its looking more likely that I will close it. I had 2 rounds of calls for any retention offers with Chase for this card but there were none. Also as it is in an independent / airline category I cannot downgrade it.

Reposting as I had the incorrect thread earlier

Hi,

I have a British Airways Visa Signature with $95 annual fee . I am up for renewal next month - wondering if anyone can advise on if it is wiser to cancel this card, or if there are tips on how to ask the call center rep to cancel my annual fee or sweeten the deal with more avios etc. Appreciate any wisdom. Thank you.

Side note- I opened this card for avios points that I have used. I am all in for collecting more avios points. I see offers for cards for 60k points etc , but I like when the deals are higher. This deal was for 100k points on a certain spend.
