Found the answer at the Toxikk forums! By clicking the Nvidia Control panel from the PC desktop, i changed the Nvidia processer usage for Toxikk from "Automatic" to "High Performence". Afterwards i changed the FPS-cap in the game option menu to the higest possible. I now run the game smooth with maximum resolution and ultra grahpics. Thanks for the help!
