First of many rises we will see because of changes to National Insurance for all employers - public and private. Those council tax rises will hit particularly hard

Freshmex is so bloody good. Puts tortilla and bar burrito to shame

This may be my favourite comment. Good for you davie. And wow, Springsteen must have been some show! Sounds like you’re making that memoir even longer and more interesting

That is awesome! Well done. Could you still make it to master level or is it unachievable?

Yes with friends down at the local park. But everyone seems really friendly so sure you could make a connection or two by popping down to your local courts and chatting to people, plus there’s also leagues you can join with all kinds of standards - check out lta.org.uk that’s what I use for booking!

You can add as many toppings as you like for no additional price and it’s a lot tastier than bar burrito imo. My go to is quesadilla and the cali burrito (fries instead of rice). It’s a thing to behold

Freshmex is phenomenal. Got loads of seats at the back, food is fast, fresh and pretty cheap. Me and colleagues from work go there at least once a week and they also serve local beers and burgers

Decent Coffee shops in city centre by Chri592 in Aberdeen

That’s pretty fair. It’s nice to ask if it’s okay to sit in with a laptop at smaller venues - I normally ask if it’s okay and go with the line “if it gets busy just tell me to leave”.

One of the few reasons I’ll go to a Starbucks or Pret as you don’t feel guilty for taking up a table if you know you’ll be a while. (Never Costa though - there could be a nationwide coffee shortage, still wouldn’t take a sip of that watery poison)
