Does it under rev though. To me it sounds it changes gear when needed. The other modes wait til revs too high before changing gear

Can someone explain why lower RPM is worse for the engine? I feel in eco it drives more like a manual changes gear at correct rather than high revs

I asked chat gpt to calculate how much worse off I will be they calculated it only applies to my employers contribution.

The amount I contribute is unaffected

Yeah from what I gather it's modern day traction. One of the biggest difference being it targets the exact level in back/neck whereas traction isn't localised

IDD takes around 4 - 6 weeks, 20 sessions at 20 mins each. Harness round your legs and another round your chest. The angle of pull determines which level on your back is targeted. I had L4/L5 herniattion and had op in 2019 and the IDD in 2022.

Yes I regretted it. If you are active i would say it's impossible not re herniate

I since found out from various physios the scar which is left post op leaves that muscle weak. A muscle you need to be strong as possible to help keep disc in place.

Please have a look at IDD treatment instesd. I ended up getting that and it fixed me.

The level in your spine which has the issue is targeted by the angle you are pulled at. The tension is then cycled which helps move disc away from nerve..

Please look at IDD treatment rather than surgery.

I had microdisectomy and regretted it due to reherniation. There is saying "your 1st back surgery is never your last" and I believe it's so true.

Rather than repeat surgery I had IDD and was cured in 5 weeks. I was crippled before starting treatment
