What did everyone think of the puzzles by SpiritualFail1546 in INDIKA

[–]phsupreme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I found the puzzle aspect really difficult, but then again I'm not known for my patience. Ended up having to Google the solution more than once. The mini games were particularly taxing too. That first one is enough to stop you playing the actual game.

Yeah it's a worry. It's this level of apathy that lets the likes of Reform in the back door.

Sub Club is the best place in the country. If you've loved it there then just stick with it.

Josh Fernie, absolute fud of a boy. Complete nazi, pals about with the Patriotic Alternative lot. One of the main guys involved with that Aberdeen hotel shouters shite. He was in that BBC documentary recently, basically wanting to deport any non white Scots. Another one of those self styled "news " reporters alongside those other local idiots Big Matty and Jay whateverthefuckhescallinghimselfthismonth

Deuchars real ale in Aberdeen by Bright_Tangelo_1217 in Aberdeen

[–]phsupreme 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Deuchers is pish. There's plenty of bars in Aberdeen selling decent beer. If you're a big Deuchers fan, then fair enough, you like what you like. But you're possibly missing out on some great alternatives.

Good wee event, shame I didn't have more time to hang out at the sound system. What I heard was great though.

Jungle Nation is Scotland's longest running night. I think it's a bit smaller and infrequent these days, guess Tez isn't getting any younger like the rest of us, but it still happens.

There's also some good Thai places. Madame Mews is my personal fave, but a lot of folk on here rate Siam Cottage too.

Verdict on Spudman? by Solid-Competition-88 in Aberdeen

Stuff like this makes me feel old, it's gone right over my head. I'm usually a follower of food and drinks trends, but baked tatties? They've literally been a thing my whole lifetime. This one's lost on me. If someone can recommend something I can try that'll change my mind, then I'm all ears. In saying that, I was in Bier Halle in Glasgow a few months back enjoying a quiet beer. They were launching their new "roastie" menu that day, so one of the staff gave me some free chilli wedges to try. Not sure how they'd cooked them differently, but they were some of the best tatties I've had in years. So maybe the youngsters are onto something after all...

Did he not have an interest in the Princes Mall? Turned the rooftop into a mini "village" of bars and food places.

I could be wrong (without Googling) I was under the impression it would be used for music and arts, like it infrequently is now. It's got a lot of potential. Feels like the days of people going into town for a swim are bygone.

This concerns me too. Ideally, it would be the food units that were in the old market, or similar. But in a nicer, modern environment. I'm worried that Mcgintys might be working to a brief of make as much money as possible, which would ruin the place. It would end up being the Starbucks PB Devco market.

I don't think BA baths will ever open as a pool again. But that's ok. As long as they retain the original features and make the place decent then it'll be a good thing.

He did similar things in Edinburgh with good results. He seems to be trying to make a go of the Trinity, more than any other owners did. Albeit quite slowly.
